Our proven four-step Recipe for a Thriving Community is making a significant impact across low-income, rural populations in the northeastern Venezuelan landscape.

Our goal - with your help - is to expand this unique service model into new regions in Venezuela where the unmet need remains enormous! We even dare to imagine our FOUR STEPS writ large across low-income rural populations in the global landscape.

STEP ONE: Family Planning and Reproductive Health.

Our IMPACT to date *

● 100,000+   women & families directly served with family planning
● 182,131   unintended pregnancies averted
●  64,274 unsafe abortions averted
● 311 child deaths averted
●  187 maternal deaths averted
● 38,402 total Disability-Adjusted Life Years averted
●  $11.14M saved in direct healthcare costs (2025 USD estimated)

STEP TWO: Humanitarian Aid.
Helping the underserved with basic healthcare services.

● 19,700+ medical procedures and surgeries: hernias, diagnoses, etc.

● 25,350+ consultations in primary and secondary healthcare: ENT, gynecology, cardiology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, oncology, urology etc.
● 7,150+ assists with lab work, imaging, medicine, eyecare, nutrition, biopsies, psychological evaluations and more.
Partnership with Fundación Esperanza Rosa to combat breast cancer.
Innumerable small assists to help solve problems that will permit families and the rural community as a whole to flourish.

STEP THREE: Rural Education
As soon as families gain control of their fertility, they immediately turn to better and higher education, it is like clockwork. They know full well that education is the key to their future and to developing their community. We support several rural schools, 60 rural high school students, 10 young community college scholars, and several cyber centers with free Internet. The connectivity is everything.

STEP FOUR: Community and Sustainable Livelihood

Our environmental and economic intiatives are designed to improve the lives of the rural communities where we work. Specialty tree crops on marginal land – like durian and mangosteen fruit – can reduce erosion and deforestation, and generate significant income for low-income farmers.
